Project Scope: The Insights Hub Intralogistics application (built on the Mendix platform) is used to optimize internal logistics processes in production plants. The system monitors material channels, calculates key performance indicators (KPIs), and supports supply management to minimize production downtime caused by material shortages.

My Role: Six-month participation in the Intralogistics Hub project. The primary focus was on optimizing application performance, particularly database write operations and streamlining workflows. Key Achievement: Contributing to a significant reduction in database size by 80%, which translated into faster system performance.
